Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using IronPen ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
IronPen is a strength training tracker that allows you to plan workouts, log exercises, track progress, and share workouts with other users. The app is available as a free version with optional premium features.
Accounts
To use social features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Free and Premium Plans
- Free: Full access to all workout templates, exercises, calculators, and tools. Workout history limited to 10 entries. Social features not available.
- Premium: Unlimited workout history, friends, sharing, groups, and all social features.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store settings. After cancellation, you retain premium access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
User Content
You retain ownership of your workout data, body measurements, and other content you create in the app. By using sharing features, you grant other users the ability to view and import workouts you share with them.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content through social features
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with the app's functionality or infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations
Health Disclaimer
IronPen is a workout tracking tool, not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from exercises tracked or suggested by the app.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
